Today is the first time at my new job that I got somewhat, how do you say it, a good, sturdy, talking to, and ya know what? It is the fist time that I just said to myself �well, now I know what to do from here on out�, instead of freaking out and internalizing it, and saying shit, shit, shit, I messed up! I should of done this or that.
